This warranty applies in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law.
The products are covered by a 12 month warranty which commences on the date that the product is delivered to your nominated delivery address. Where no proof of delivery is available, the applicable warranty period commences 3 days after the date the product is dispatched to you.
Subject to the other terms and conditions of this warranty, if, within 12 months after your purchase, your product is defective we agree to provide you with a replacement product.
If your product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement product or a refund of your money. You are also entitled to have the product replaced if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery to you, in order to make a claim, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage.
If you purchased your product online, then to make a warranty claim or to discuss a defect or failure of the product, you must contact the Customer Care Centre (contact details above).
If you purchased your product from a retail store or retailer, then to make a warranty claim or to discuss a defect or failure of the product, you must contact the retail store or the retailer you purchased the product from.
In making a warranty claim, you must provide the Customer Care Centre (for online purchases) or Retailer (for a purchase from a retail store) with:
If your warranty claim is successful, you will be required to return the product to the retailer from whom you purchased the product, and a replacement will be given. If you purchased your product online, our Customer Care Centre will provide you with instructions as to how the product may be returned to us.
You must comply with all return instructions provided to you when making a claim under this warranty.
Returned products that have not been authorised through the process outlined in these terms and conditions will be not accepted.
If a returned product is found to be in good working order, we may seek reimbursement, at our discretion, for any costs incurred by us in relation to the product. In those cases, you agree that we may hold your product until payment is received.

Your product may separately contain warranty documents from the manufacturer of the product, on or inside the product packaging. The manufacturer’s warranty is not given by us, and is separate to this warranty. Some warranty documents provided by manufacturers of imported products may not apply in Australia. You should contact the manufacturer identified on the warranty document to determine whether the warranty applies in Australia and, if so, how you should go about making a claim under the manufacturer’s warranty.
